Shipping

Shipping on all items is free within the continental United States. 

  • Stock items are ready to ship within a week of your order.
  • Custom projects take an average of two weeks, but may vary based on the scale and degree of customization.

For delivery outside of the continental US, contact us to work out shipping costs.

Returns

Returned Goods

  1. Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first reaching out via email to kurt@pvcmillwork.com
  2. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
  3. All authorized returns should include the RMA number on shipping documents.
  4. All unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock.
  5. Returns over 30 days from date of invoice (ship date) will not be accepted.
  6. NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS AND ANY PRODUCTS CUT, USED, DAMAGED, INSTALLED OR ALTERED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
  7. Upon return of the "defective" goods, subject to our inspection, a replacement will be provided as soon as possible to correct the problem
  8. Undamaged goods returned with our permission, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will only accept returns of a maximum of 3 items on any order.
  9. Maximum refund amount is $500.00. Any credit due over that amount will be issued a store credit only.
  10. If you are unsure if an item might work, it is highly encouraged you order only 1 so that you are not paying restocking fees on multiple items.

Custom Orders

We will happily customize any product in the catalog to fit your needs, or fabricate gable decorations entirely to your design.
